Brick lining, casting, gunning and shotcrete application for industrial furnaces, kilns, steel ladles, preheaters, grate coolers, WHR boilers, and dosing furnaces. New construction and replacement of worn linings. Own prefabricated shapes from our Cluj-Napoca workshop.
Complete thermal insulation systems for high-temperature processes. Ceramic fiber blankets, boards, modules, mastic coatings, and FlexJoint flexible ceramic components. Applications across aluminum holding furnaces, industrial boilers, and cement plant bypass systems.

Brownfield refractory installation for Dal-Group project. Executed under tight schedules and adverse weather conditions — complete delivery from mobilisation to handover.
Kodeco brownfield upgrade of the old cement line. Izoref GmbH coordinated the full refractory scope and managed the connection of the old line to the new upgrade during the overhaul.
PCC brownfield upgrade: new kilhood, TAD, PCC and riser modification. Izoref demolished all refractory from outside, accelerating steel cutting and erection of the new calciner connection.
Complete lining calculations and supply for new 80-ton Ecomelt melting furnace delivered by Hertwich Engineering. 300+ tons of refractory supplied including controlled dry-out, coordinated on-site.
Complete relining delivery for the Greenmelt double-chamber furnace re-engineered by DeWinter. Full refractory scope applying Izoref's combined expertise in pumping, shotcreting, and brickwork.
Complete installation of regenerating chambers and kiln of newly lined Furnace No. 2. One of the most labour-intensive projects in Izoref's history, executed to specification.
